South Norwood Properties has been renting to Xavier students since 1998 with our first property located at 2012 Hudson. We have made it our mission to provide updated, clean and safe properties for our tenants. We are local landlords – managing the properties ourselves from our base in Kenwood -just 15 minutes from Norwood. We provide quick maintenance (usually within 24 hours) on most requests. We have many references to share having housed nearly 1000 students since our start in 1998.
